The Alcohol Class - Online MIP Alcohol Class
The Alcohol Class is an online class for youths who were cited for being a minor in possession of alcohl (MIP). This is not an alcohol treatment program, it is an alcohol education and awareness program. This is a four hour online class.
Your class is completely self-paced, sign out and come back later, the computer will take you back to where you ended. That's right, work on it a half hour at a time, more sometimes, less others - you choose.
Class Acceptance Guarantee
If you are taking an Outcome Alternatives™ (ttos.us) online anger management class because of a court, probation or other legal requirement and the anger management class is not accepted by the judge, probation officer or other person legally requiring it, Outcome Alternatives™ will refund your money in full with written proof of decline. An acceptable "proof of decline" must be provided on official department/agency letterhead and signed by the judge, probation officer or the other legal entity requiring the anger management class. Your refund request must be received within 60 days of purchase.
Please be aware that is your responsibility to confirm with the court, probation office, or your attorney as to whether this anger management online class will satisfy your requirements.
General Refund Policy
If you wish to receive a refund please discontinue the use of the anger management class you purchased and contact Outcome Alternatives™ to request a refund as soon as possible. If you have not begun any of the anger management or theft class lessons ("Begun" means, opened or changed your lesson/course status to declare "In progress" or "Completed") included in your purchase, a refund will be issued once:
a) an explanation for the purchase and need for the refund has been provided and
b) a request has been received by Outcome Alternatives™
If you have begun any of the anger management lessons or theft class lessons ("Begun" means, opened or changed your course/lesson status to declare "In progress" or "Completed") any refunds will be at the sole discretion of Outcome Alternatives™ If you are dissatisfied with the anger management service provided, you are strongly encouraged to contact Outcome Alternatives™ either in writing, by email or phone to express your dissatisfaction. If, in the opinion and sole discretion of Outcome Alternatives™ your concern or reason for dissatisfaction is warranted a full or partial refund may be granted. Please be aware that is your responsibility to confirm with the court, probation office, or your attorney as to whether this online anger management class will satisfy your requirements. Workbook US Mail Class:
Once the anger management Workbook has been mailed, there will be no refund made. You are encouraged to contact Outcome Alternatives™ if you have a concern or dispute with any issue or service involving Outcome Alternatives™.
